ปัจจุบันงานก่อสร้างโครงการบ้านพักอาศัย เขาใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดย Area25 ที่ก่อสร้างมาต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลา 8 เดือน เดินทางเข้าสู่ในหมวดงานปิดผิว พื้น ผนังฝ้า และการเก็บรายละเอียดของหลังคา ซึ่งจากภาพจะได้เห็นวัสดุปิดผิว สี โทน ของอาคารดังกล่าวผนวกรวมกับบริบทรอบข้างอย่างชัดเจน
Currently, construction of the residential project in Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima province, which has been ongoing for 8 months, has entered the finishing stage for floors, walls, ceilings, and roof details. อัปเดตความคืบหน้าโครงการบ้านพักอาศัยที่เขาใหญ่โดย Area25 ขณะนี้งานโครงสร้างหลักและงานก่อผนังเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้วกว่า 80% โดยกำลังอยู่ในขั้นตอนสำคัญของการกรุผิววัสดุภายนอก(Facade Cladding) และการเตรียมพื้นผิวผนังเพื่อโชว์ Texture ที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์รวมถึงการติดตั้งโครงสร้างเหล็กในส่วนของระเบียงและช่องเปิดเพื่อดักทิศทางลมและวิวทิวทัศน์ ขั้นตอนถัดไปทีมงานเตรียมเข้าสู่กระบวนการมุงหลังคาและเริ่มงานระบบภายใน (Mechanical & Electrical)อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าฟังก์ชันการใช้งานจะสอดรับกับดีไซน์ที่วางไว้ ก่อนจะเข้าสู่งานตกแต่งสถาปัตยกรรมในลำดับสุดท้าย
Construction update for the private residence in Khao Yai by Area25 is progressing steadily, with the primary structure and masonry now 80% complete. We are currently focusing on exterior facade cladding and surface finishing to highlight the architectural textures, alongside the installation of terrace steelworks designed to frame the stunning mountain views. Moving forward, the project will transition into the roofing phase and comprehensive M&E system installation, ensuring all technical components are seamlessly integrated before the final architectural detailing begins.
