A tourist port city, Koh Samet is a gathering place for both short-term and long-term tourists. Our project aims to be another destination for such tourists by renovating decades-old shophouses by the sea to create a better image and usage. เมืองท่าสำหรับท่องเที่ยว เกาะเสม็ด แหล่งรวมนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว โครงการเราจึงตั้งใจเป็นอีกหนึ่งหมุดหมายสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวดังกล่าว โดยนำอาคารตึกแถวเดินอายุ หลายสิบปี ตั้งอยู่ริมทะเลมาปรับปรุงให้เกิดภาพลักษณ์ และการใช้งานที่ดีมากขึ้น
